Managing staffing
At Intrum Justitia European head office managed a turbulent time of staffing. On arrival managing 3.5 FTE. Due to growth of the quality of management needed to meet performance in line with Goldman Sachs and Boston Consultancy defined plans and targets to grow the value of the Group, the department was grown to 11 FTE (3 business controllers, 4 consolidation desk and 4 accounting head offices entities). Due to uncertainty about the future of the head office, managed replacing the outflow of a larger part of the staff. When it was clear the head office would move to Sweden as part of the renewed listing at the Stockholm Exchange, nearly all staff left replaced by consultants for about a year until all tasks were handed over to Swedish colleagues temporarily in Amsterdam. This process was of course the ultimate challenge to show being hands on during the time of friction having open positions on my department.
